All our leather products are handmade by Spanish artisans from high quality leather, tanned using traditional methods. Consequently, any irregularities or differences in appearance are considered intrinsic features of the product.
BASIC MAINTENANCE TIPS:
To preserve the original quality, avoid exposing the product to extreme heat and damp. Rain, rubbing and direct sunlight may cause discoloring or stains. Avoid contact with corrosive substances such as oil and alcohol.
When you are not using them, we recommend that you keep your leather products in the protective cloth bag that you receive with your purchase. Also, you should fill the handbag with paper (other than magazines or newspapers, which could stain) so it doesn´t deform.
In the case of leather handbags, care should be taken to avoid contact with delicate or light-colored garments when using your bag, as color transfer can occur.
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR LEATHER PRODUCTS:
For daily cleaning of your leather products, a dry white cotton cloth is enough. The leather is very delicate, in case you see a stain avoid using any product and contact a specialized dry cleaning.
Over time, the skin tends to dry, so it is highly recommended to hydrate the tissue: our eco-cream will help protect, nourish and add shine to your skin products. In addition, we recommend applying a waterproofing protective spray, which increases surface resistance to water and enriches the texture and color of the skin.
Due to its handcrafted nature, sizes may differ slightly, making every purchase unique. Variations in tone, marks or grains are natural features that should not be considered imperfections.

This item will maintain its qualities if it is not directly exposed to sources of light and heat and if is not over-filled so it can conserve its original shape.
Avoid excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics. If your item gets wet, remove excess moisture by dabbing with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature.
Long exposures to the sun should be avoided as it could fade the tone and overdry the palm making it easier to break.
Keep your basket away from humidity, it is likely to get mouldy and may cause further damage.
Wash gently by hand, using neutral soap and softener.
Dry delicately without wringing.
You also have the possibility of dry cleaning.
High quality wool naturally releases excess fiber in the form of balls (lint). It is not a defect of the garment, you can eliminate it with a lint remover.
Basic maintenance tips:
To maintain their luster and protect the plating and stones from damage, avoid direct contact with perfume, soap and chemicals while wearing your jewelry.
Remove the jewellery before showering, intense workouts, swimming and sunbathing and store it in a dry place.
Excessive contact with water, perfumes, creams or cosmetics should be avoided, as they can cause the jewelry to darken or lose its shine.
Periodically check that all clasps, stones, and settings are in good condition and working properly. After each use, clean it carefully with a soft cloth to remove any dirt.
ATENEA SANDALS:
For daily cleaning use a microfiber cloth or any lint-free cloth.
Avoid getting your sandals wet, but if they do, don´t expose them to direct sunlight because leather will get damaged.
Don´t store your sandals dirty or squashed.
AVARCAS:
Leather (Yin Yang): For a daily cleansing, use a damp cloth over the surface . When doing this, place your hand with another cloth inside the front part of the shoe to avoid the insole from getting wet.
Metal leather: You may take care of them with specified products for metalized leather.
Nobuck (Stars): Clean daily with a soft brush appropiate for suede and nobuck. If you want to clean a stain, please use a clean eraser to eliminate the stain and remove residues after with a nobuck special sponge. Avoid the avarcas from getting wet because nobuck Will absorb the liquid and you Will probable not be able to remove the stains.
The best way to store your avarcas is to place the front part of one of them on the back part of the other one. You Will see they fit perfectly. Please make sure the back straps don’t get twisted and add a tissue paper ball inside the tips so they maintain its original shape. If you do not have tissue paper, you may use other kind but make sure it is White.
To avoid the loss of color please store them in a place with no direct light. Natural leather absorbs light and your avarcas can lose its original color.
